Initial Setup - Based on time $90 per hour. Solid Color vinyl cut material $18 per square foot. If application needed priced at $50 per hour plus travel time. I do not apply on vehicles.

THE FINE PRINT

MOST PRINTED ITEMS REQUIRE A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND. ALL ITEMS HAVE TO BE APPROVED WITH A DIGITAL OR PRINTED PROOF.
ONCE PROOF IS APPROVED THERE ARE NO CHANGES. IF THERE IS A MISTAKE OR CHANGE AND THE PROCESS HAS ALREADY STARTED
YOU ARE STILL LIABLE FOR PAYMENT AND NEED TO PAY FOR A REPRINT. THERE ARE SOME INSTANCES WHERE THERE CAN BE A DISCOUNT
ON A REDO, HOWEVER IT DEPENDS ON PRICE OF MATERIALS AND EXPECTED TURNAROUND TO DETERMINE IF IT IS POSSIBLE.

PRINTING POLICY

Welcome to FAUSTUDIO, where we strive to provide exceptional printing services while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. To maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency, we have established the following print policy:

Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering prints of the highest quality. Every print goes through a thorough inspection process to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and overall excellence.
File Preparation: To expedite the printing process and minimize errors, we request that all files be prepared according to our specifications. Please ensure that your files are formatted correctly, with appropriate bleeds, trim marks, and color profiles.
Proofing Process: Before proceeding with printing, we offer a digital proof for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect the proof for any errors or discrepancies. Once approved, we will proceed with printing, and any errors subsequently discovered will be the responsibility of the customer.
Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days, which begins upon receipt of final approval and payment. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request, subject to additional fees.
Payment Policy: Payment is required in full before printing begins. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Refund and Reprint Policy: In the event of a printing error or quality issue caused by our negligence, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no additional cost for jobs no more than $500, some arrangements will be made. Refunds or reprints will not be provided for errors resulting from incorrect file preparation, spelling/grammar mistakes, or changes in design preferences after approval. You are still liable for payment for the current and redo portions of the order.
Delivery / Shipping: I can arrange for delivery to your specified address depending on timeframe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping is available if a delivery time can not be accommodated.
